We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something is not right, contact us at info@worshipawake.com within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Cooling-off period
Under South African law you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Return the item unworn and unwashed in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price. The cost of returning the item is yours unless it arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and send a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping. You choose which.
Wrong size
Size exchanges are welcome within 14 days, provided the shirt is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. You cover the return and sending courier. Exchanges depend on stock — if your size is unavailable we will refund you instead excluding a 20% restocking fee.
What we cannot accept
Shirts that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and anything returned more than 14 days after it arrived.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 20 working days of us receiving the return.
